I have spent all of my adult life working with people as I am fascinated by what it means to be human and deeply interested in the suffering that is part of the human condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">I have spent the last ten years or so learning and practising Daoist meditation and Qi Gong and it is this deep exploration of the relationship between body, mind and spirit as well as an interest in biodynamic craniosacral therapy that informs my practice as a psychotherapist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">I am also supported by a deep connection to nature and to the world of dreams.
